Refund policy

At Paws & Pixels, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, opened or used pet products, or sale items. Please check all product details carefully before placing your order.

Step 1: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us through the Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery.

Step 2: Provide clear photo evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.

Step 3: If approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.
